- Die Idee eine Mastaba, ein Steingrab, aus Ölfässern in Abu Dhabi zu errichten, hatten Christo und Jeanne-Claude bereits 1977. Sollte die Arbeit vollendet werden, wäre sie die grösste Skulptur der Welt (150 Meter hoch und im Grundriss 225 zu 300 Meter) und die einzige permanente Arbeit des Künstlerduos
