Signed and dated "Berger / 1908" by the artist lower right and "Berger" again in pencil, signed and inscribed "H. Berger Aire-la-Ville Genève "Seule"" on the reverse on passepartout, also signed, inscribed and dated again on the reverse cardboard
Mounted in passepartout and in a frame painted by the artist
The work was created during Berger's stay in Merrien in Brittany in 1908.
