On wove paper (papier vélin), with blindstamp "CANSON MONGOLFIER VIDALON LES ANNONAY". Paper browned and sporadically foxed. With a small hole in the centre and in the lower right corner and a small loss of paper. At lower margin with two backed tears

The drawing is a study of the oil painting "Cosmic Event" from around 1905, a mystical-visionary major work in Albert Trachsel's oeuvre. The work is now in the Kunstmuseum Solothurn

Auf Velin, mit Blindstempel "CANSON MONGOLFIER VIDALON LES ANNONAY". Im Papier gebräunt und vereinzelt stockfleckig. Mittig und in der unteren rechten Ecke mit Löchlein und kleinem Papierverlust. Am unteren Rand mit zwei hinterlegten Rissen
