Commentaires

Albert Kollmann (1837-1915) was a German mystic and art lover who supported Munch. Munch also created a lithograph of Kollmann (Woll 283). Printed by Wilhelm Felsing in Berlin.

An amicable agreement was reached with the heirs of Curt Glaser, represented by the Berlin law firm 'S+N Rechtsanwälte'. The current sale is taking place with the consent of the heirs of Curt Glaser and is therefore free from any claims. The amicable agreement was recorded in the Lost Art database of the German Lost Art Foundation.

Erläuterungen

Albert Kollmann (1837-1915) war ein deutscher Mystiker und Kunstliebhaber, der Munch förderte. Dieser schuf auch eine Lithographie von Kollmann (Woll 283). Gedruckt von Wilhelm Felsing in Berlin.

Es wurde eine gütliche Einigung mit den Erben nach Curt Glaser, vertreten durch die Berliner Kanzlei "S+N Rechtsanwälte", getroffen. Der aktuelle Verkauf erfolgt mit dem Einverständnis der Erben nach Curt Glaser und ist daher frei von jeglichen Ansprüchen. Die gütliche Einigung wurde in der Lost Art-Datenbank des Deutschen Zentrums Kulturgutverluste vermerkt.
