Commentaires

The woodcut shows a depiction on the Stafelalp in the summer of 1919. A very large-format, expressive woodcut with three figures: a woman, a boy and an old shepherd. At the right margin the horse "Nini" of the Müller family

Rare, only 4 copies of the II. state are known to Gercken, among them the present one
