In 1967, the artist created 12 motifs for an album entitled "Nice et la Côte d'Azur", including the present one. He authorized Charles Sorlier with the lithographic reproductions of gouaches, the sheets were printed by Mourlot, Paris. One of the copies "Hors commerce" out of the total edition of 235. A mermaid hovers over the port of Nice and delivers a bouquet of flowers

1967 realisierte der Künstler 12 Motive für ein Album mit dem Titel "Nice et la Côte d'Azur", darunter das vorliegende. Er autorisierte Charles Sorlier mit den lithographischen Reproduktionen von Gouachen, gedruckt wurden die Blätter von Mourlot, Paris. Eines der Exemplare "Hors commerce" ausserhalb der Gesamtauflage von 235. Eine Nixe schwebt über dem Hafen von Nizza und überbringt einen Blumenstrauss
