Alberto Giacometti portrayed his mother Annetta several times in the family home in Stampa, often reading in the living room. One of the few "hors commerce" copies outside the edition of 75 copies, published by Maeght Éditeur, Paris.

Alberto Giacometti porträtierte seine Mutter Annetta mehrmals im elterlichen Haus in Stampa, häufig beim Lesen im Wohnzimmer. Eines der wenigen Exemplare "hors commerce" ausserhalb der Auflage von 75 Exemplaren, herausgegeben von Maeght Éditeur, Paris.
