Individual craquelures and a few traces of rubbing at the edge. In fine condition
As one of the most important representatives of French postwar modernism, Jean Bazaine developed a distinctive visual language in which colour, light, and rhythm become central means of expression. With "La colline au printemps", the artist demonstrates his characteristic combination of the experience of nature and abstraction. Here, it is not the representational depiction of the landscape that takes centre stage, but rather its atmospheric and emotional effect.

Einzelne Krakelüren und wenige Abreibungen am Rand. In sehr schöner Erhaltung
