The sheet has slightly irregular margins, verso with traces of old mounting. In excellent condition

Comments

Restengasse is the old connecting road from Davos Islen to the Sertig Valley. It passes close to the Wildboden house, where Kirchner lived from autumn 1923. Near the house, three people can be seen; in the foreground on the left, a man is pushing his bicycle along Sertigstrasse next to the Sertigbach.

Das Blatt hat leicht unregelmässige Ränder, rückseitig mit Spuren einer alten Montierung. In ausgezeichneter Erhaltung

Erläuterungen

Die Restengasse ist die alte Verbindungsstrasse von Davos Islen ins Sertigtal. Sie führt unweit des Wildbodenhauses vorbei, in welchem Kirchner ab Herbst 1923 wohnte. In der Nähe des Hauses sind drei Personen zu erkennen, im Vordergrund links schiebt ein Mann sein Fahrrad auf der Sertigstrasse neben dem Sertigbach.
