The right sheet edge irregular. Minimal signs of wear, very fine overall condition

Comments

The model was probably Helga Rogstad (1884-1962). She was Munch's housekeeper and was among his preferred models between 1914 and 1919. When Munch bought the former Ekely estate in the Skøyen district in May 1916, she moved with him. Printed at Wilhem Scheel's Klisjéanstalt in Kristiania (now Oslo).

Erläuterungen

Das Modell war wohl Helga Rogstad (1884-1962). Sie war Haushälterin von Munch und zählte zwischen 1914 und 1919 zu seinen bevorzugten Modellen. Als Munch im Mai 1916 das ehemalige Gutsanwesen Ekely im Stadtteil Skøyen kaufte, zog sie mit um. Gedruckt in Wilhem Scheels Klisjéanstalt in Kristiania (heute Oslo).
