Edvard Munch took up the theme of 'summer night' with moonlight and reflection several times (see also lot 932). One of the rare trial proofs, printed in brown. Signed by the artist in yellow, which is very unusual.

An amicable agreement was reached with the heirs of Curt Glaser, represented by the Berlin law firm 'S+N Rechtsanwälte'. The current sale takes place with the consent of the heirs of Curt Glaser and is therefore free from any claims. The amicable agreement has been recorded in the Lost Art Database of the German Lost Art Foundation.

Vom Künstler in Gelb signiert, was sehr ungewöhnlich ist.
