Between 1919 and 1931, Karl Schmidt-Rottluff regularly stayed in Jershöft on the Baltic Sea in Hinterpommern and painted the landscape and people. The watercolour offered here may also have been created there.

Erläuterungen

Zwischen 1919 und 1931 hielt sich Karl Schmidt-Rottluff regelmässig in Jershöft an der Ostsee in Hinterpommern auf und malte Land und Leute. Dort könnte auch das hier angebotene Aquarell entstanden sein.
