Sheet slightly wavy, with a very small spot lower right, on the reverse with notable studio traces as well as old mounting traces. In very good condition
This double-sided work, with a still life on each side, was acquired directly from the artist. It was created in the summer of 1958, when Giacometti was staying with his mother Annetta in Stampa. The still life on the front shows a bouquet of flowers and apples in front of the architecture of the parental house in Stampa with its typical vaulted ceiling. On the reverse, the artist depicts a very personal object: his glasses lying on the table.

In sehr guter Erhaltung
