At the centre of Li Trieb's artistic work was an examination of the experience of time. In her "ARCHIV DER AUGENBLICKE", she investigated the different possibilities of experienced and measured, subjectively experienced and objectively observed time. She worked in series that were created through her consistent concept of life and design. Every morning, for example, she defined the colour of the sky in her own words and documented the sky with a photograph. In various groups of works, such as "Wolken", "Eis", "Regen" or "Wasser", she tried to capture the fleeting nature of the moment. The filigree drawings were created over days, even weeks, and the work process or the work on the work was meticulously recorded on the reverse. The works thus became timeless images of Trieb's surroundings; they are wonderfully decelerated pictures of the hectic world. She worked on this work for a total of 28818 minutes over four years, which equates to over 480 hours.

In tadellosem Zustand
