Picasso worked on the present work for over a month. Printed first in black for the edition, then in white, then in yellow and red and finally in blue

Auf Velin, mit Arches-Wasserzeichen. Farbfrisch und tadellos im Druck und in der Erhaltung. Ganz wenige Atelierspuren ausserhalb der Darstellung
Picasso arbeitete über einen Monat lang an der vorliegenden Arbeit. Beim Auflagendruck zunächst in Schwarz, dann in Weiss, dann in Gelb und Rot und schliesslich in Blau gedruckt
