In the late Gothic church "St. Martin" in Seeberg, built in 1516, Amiet had painted two large murals with the themes "Crucifixion" and "Resurrection" at the choir entrance in 1931. In our work, two farms can be seen to the right of the church; together with the church and the rectory, they form a group enclosed on three sides by a forest

In der spätgotischen, 1516 erbauten Kirche "St. Martin" in Seeberg hatte Amiet 1931 am Choreinzug zwei grosse Wandgemälde mit den Themen "Kreuzigung" und "Auferstehung" gemalt. Auf unserem Werk sind rechts neben der Kirche zwei Bauernhöfe zu erkennen; zusammen mit Kirche und Pfarrhaus bilden diese eine dreiseitig von Wald eingefasste Gruppe
