Carlos Cruz-Diez is considered one of the most important representatives of kinetic art and Op Art. His works live from the movement of the viewers as well as from the play of light and shadow. From 1986 to 1993, he was director of the art department of the "Instituto de Estudios Avanzados" in Caracas; this important work was also created during this time
