Commentaires

Rare, signed trial proof before the faceting of the plate. Edited by Kornfeld and Klipstein, Bern, printed at Atelier Crommelynck, Paris. The sheets of the edition never bear Giacometti's signature, as he died before the printing of the edition on 11 January 1966.
