The print was originally intended for Pierre Loeb's (1897-1964) publication "Regards sur la peinture" (1950), but ultimately was not included in the book. Published by Librairie Galerie La Hune, Paris (Bernard Gheerbrant), printed by Georges Leblanc, Paris. Rare, the sheet exists in only 15 copies.
