Impeccable condition
The small northern French community of St-Gilles, west of Reims, served as a source of inspiration for several paintings by André Brasilier in the 1970s. He still lives nearby today. The yellow roofs of the village and the church blend in color with the fields and sky behind them. With increasing depth perspective, the representational painting dissolves into an abstract composition.
