    Sheet slightly browned, with light marks and studio traces. With traces of old mounting on the reverse. In very good condition

    Commentaires

    The titular inscription "Job" can be seen in the left half of the composition. This drypoint, together with "Fox", is the only print that appeared with Daniel-Henry Kahnweiler in 1912 in an edition of 100 copies. Together with Picasso, Braque created the finest Cubist print.

    Blatt leicht gebräunt, mit Lichtrand und Atelierspuren. Rückseitig mit Montierungsresten. In sehr guter Erhaltung

    Erläuterungen

    Die titelgebende Inschrift "Job" ist in der Bildkomposition in der linken Bildhälfte zu sehen. Diese Kaltnadelarbeit ist zusammen mit "Fox" das einzige Blatt, das bei Daniel-Henry Kahnweiler 1912 in einer Auflage von 100 Exemplaren erschien. Zusammen mit Picasso schuf Braque die schönste kubistische Graphik.
