On thin, yellow wove paper (papier vélin). Right margin with backed tear. With mounting remnants on the back
Kirchner was probably inspired and inspired by drawings he had made during his stay at the sanatorium Dr. Oskar Kohnstamm in Königstein im Taunus. Between December 1915 and July 1916, Kirchner was a patient in Königstein three times. He portrayed Fanny Wocke twice. The first sheet (Gercken 812) shows Fanny's face in profile.

Als Anregung und Vorlage dürften Kirchner Zeichnungen gedient haben, die er während seines Aufenthaltes im Sanatorium Dr. Oskar Kohnstamm in Königstein im Taunus geschaffen hatte. Zwischen Dezember 1915 und Juli 1916 war Kirchner dreimal Patient in Königstein. Er porträtierte Fanny Wocke zweimal. Das erste Blatt (Gercken 812) zeigt das Gesicht von Fanny im Profil
Seltener Druck. Gercken sind lediglich sieben Exemplare bekannt geworden
