On strong watercolour paper. In perfect condition and fresh colours. At the back side with old traces of mounting, at the left paper margin minimal paper losses

Commentaires

The watercolour was painted during a visit to his painter friend Giovanni Giacometti in the Upper Engadin, with whom he exhibited at Thannhauser's in Munich at the turn of the year 1909/1910

Das Aquarell ist während eines Besuches bei seinem Malerfreund Giovanni Giacometti im Oberengadin entstanden, mit welchem er zum Jahreswechsel 1909/1910 bei Thannhauser in München ausstellte
