Swiss Value Added Tax (VAT) 1. Galerie Kornfeld charges VAT to the Buyer as due pursuant to the provisions of law and to the regulations of the Swiss Federal Tax Administration. In particular, the following provisions apply. 2. VAT (currently 7,7%) is charged on the Buyer’s premium. 3.  VAT (currently 7,7%; for books currently 2,5%) is due on the hammer price plus Buyer’s premium in the case of items identified by a star (*) before the catalogue number. 4. VAT on the Buyer’s premium or, as the case may be, on the hammer price plus the Buyer’s premium will be refunded if the Buyer provides evidence by submitting the corresponding export declaration form that the item has been exported. Schweizerische Mehrwertsteuer (MWST) 1. Die Galerie Kornfeld stellt dem Käufer die MWST gemäss den gesetzlichen Bestim- mungen und den Vorschriften der Eidgenössischen Steuerverwaltung in Rechnung. Namentlich gelten die nachfolgenden Bestimmungen. 2. Auf dem Aufgeld (Käufer-Provision) wird die MWST (zurzeit 7,7%) erhoben. 3.  Auf Objekten, welche im Auktionskatalog mit einem Stern (*) vor der Kata- lognummer gekennzeichnet sind, ist die MWST (zurzeit 7,7%; bei Büchern zurzeit 2,5%) auf dem Zuschlagspreis plus Aufgeld geschuldet. 4. Die MWST auf dem Aufgeld bzw. auf dem Zuschlagspreis plus Aufgeld wird rückerstattet, wenn der Käufer das Objekt nachweisbar ins Ausland exportiert und die entsprechende Ausfuhrdeklaration abgibt. Taxe à valeur ajoutée suisse (TVA) 1. La Galerie Kornfeld facture la TVA à l’Acquéreur conformément aux dispositions légales et aux prescriptions de l’Administration fédérale des contributions. Les dispositions ci-après sont notamment applicables. 2. La TVA (actuellement 7.7%) est prélevée sur la prime (commission d’achat). 3.  S’agissant des objets dont le numéro de catalogue est précédé d’un astérisque (*) dans le catalogue des enchères, la TVA (actuellement 7.7%; pour les livres actuel- lement 2.5%) est prélevée sur le prix d’adjudication additionné de la prime. 4. La TVA sur la prime, respectivement sur le prix d’adjudication additionné de la prime, est remboursée à l’Acquéreur en cas d’exportation de l’objet acquis si l’Acquéreur pré- sente la déclaration d’exportation dûment avalisée.
